1. RFQ review — drawing, media, environment, quantity.
2. Pattern / mold making — cheap wood, GRP or plaster pattern for one-off parts (no steel die — this is the tooling-cost advantage).
3. Gel coat — outer/inner surface layer spray-applied.
4. Hand lay-up — chopped strand mat / woven roving impregnated by hand with UP/VE resin, roller-consolidated.
5. Cure & demold — ambient or heated cure; trim, fit flanges/nozzles.
6. QA & delivery — visual, thickness check, resin/fiber ratio when required (GB/T 2577 burn-off).
